One’s perspective and paradigm regarding time and its management is at the core of how one handles his/her time. “I don’t need time management training,” once a person said, “look, I am always on time.” This is actually correct according to his understanding of time management as he was equating time management with punctuality. A naval officer said: “Two things come to my mind when I think of time management: speed and element of surprise”. This complex perspective will define how this officer will manage his time. Acknowledging that people have different perspectives, we have developed a unique perspective and paradigm of time management which differentiates our workshop from others.
